Mongrel - Over And Over

from Forged in Stone and Steel - Part 2 by Femetalism

about

Mongrel is known as "the hardest working band in Boston" (Metal Edge) and with the latest release "Evolution" the band has brought it's unique blend of aggressive rock, punk influence, and metal to a new level. Featuring Jessica Sierra's sultry to aggressive vocals, "Evolution" showcases founding guitarist Adam Savage on guitars, and features the recorded debuts of drummer Mike Hogan and bassist Michael Ariza. "Evolution" was recorded by Jim Foster (POD, Thy Will Be Done, Sully Erna), mixed by Dave Fortman (Otep, Slipknot, Evanescence, Godsmack), and mastered by Howie Weinberg (Pantera, Metallica, The Cult, Nirvana, Soundgarden) and has gotten a great response from old fans, new fans, and critics alike earning the band a good number of year end awards for 2014.

Mongrel is:

Jessica Sierra - Vocals
Adam Savage - Guitar
Mike Hogan - Drums
Michael Ariza - Bass
